Description

  • Partner with the Product Transformation team on multi-year planning and goal setting.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure progress against strategic goals.
  • Prioritize and sequence initiatives based on risk, dependencies, and business impact.
  • Manage initiative workplans, timelines, milestones, documentation, and execution status.
  • Collaborate with initiative leads and cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate working sessions and prepare executive-level presentations and status updates.
  • Monitor benefit realization, identify issues, and support resolution and course correction.
  • Use data and continuous-improvement methods to identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support change-management activities to drive adoption and sustain transformation results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, health plans, population health, care navigation, employer benefits, or healthcare data environments.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of project management and change-enablement practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into executive-ready materials.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant data tools.
  • Proactive, adaptable problem-solver with strong personal accountability and integrity.
  • Authorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
