Description

  • Contribute to product strategy, prioritization, roadmap planning, and outcome measurement.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive, operational, and technical enterprise stakeholders.
  • Discover customer needs, synthesize insights, and translate them into product requirements.
  • Co-create solutions with customers and assess opportunities for scalable product capabilities.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to validate feasibility and align delivery with customer expectations.
  • Develop stakeholder alignment plans and manage organizational change to support adoption.
  • Track customer outcomes, measure solution impact, and incorporate insights into product strategy.
  • Manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and dependencies in a complex, agile environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, customer-facing product roles, strategic consulting, healthcare technology, or related fields.
  • Experience influencing executive, operational, and technical stakeholders in enterprise customer environments.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into product strategy, roadmap decisions, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Operations teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, organization, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and engaging at the executive level.
  • Ability to balance customer-specific needs with scalable product strategy and apply systems thinking.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data, integrations, APIs, and interoperability concepts.
  • Health technology, benefits navigation, payer, provider, or healthcare experience is highly preferred.
