Description

  • Contribute customer and market perspectives to product strategy, prioritization, roadmap planning, and outcome measurement.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders at enterprise clients.
  • Discover underlying customer needs and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Co-create solutions with customers and evaluate opportunities for scalable, marketable product capabilities.
  • Partner with engineering to validate feasibility, refine requirements, and align delivery with customer expectations.
  • Develop stakeholder alignment and change-management plans to support adoption of new capabilities.
  • Track customer outcomes and solution impact, feeding insights back into product strategy.
  • Balance client priorities with scalable product direction and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, customer-facing product roles, strategic consulting, healthcare technology, or related fields.
  • Experience influencing executive, operational, and technical stakeholders in enterprise customer environments.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into product strategy, roadmap decisions, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Operations teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, organization, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and dependencies in a complex agile product environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data, integrations, APIs, and interoperability concepts.
  • Ability to balance customer-specific needs with scalable product strategy and connect customer needs to broader business goals.
  • Health tech, benefits navigation, payer, provider, or broader healthcare experience preferred.
  • Authorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
