Description

  • Design and deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations to clients and prospects at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Prepare high-quality technical proposals and lead responses to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Apply technical and business expertise to identify customer requirements and align them with the Supply Chain Finance solution.
  • Lead business and technical client workshops to define requirements, scope and implementation approaches.
  • Act as a trusted bridge between customers and product teams, translating client needs into actionable product and solution enhancements.
  • Take ownership of sales opportunities from product, solution-fit, services and client-benefit perspectives to support conversion to long-term clients.
  • Attend conferences, events and trade shows to support sales and marketing efforts and engage prospects.
  • Ensure all sales and client activities comply with regulatory requirements and the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Factoring and Supply Chain Finance products within a bank, commercial finance institution, or fintech trade finance environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Factoring and Supply Chain Finance products and operational processes.
  • Experience with Factoring/Receivable finance software applications (preferred).
  • Proven track record delivering high-impact client-facing presentations and demos, and preparing proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with full professional fluency in English.
  • Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, Italian) considered a plus.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, multinational teams and the ability to understand and communicate business value effectively.
  • Ability and willingness to travel abroad.
