Description

  • Set standards for design, development, quality, and testing.
  • Design and communicate enterprise-wide database architecture, schemas, analytics platforms, BI services, and data governance.
  • Elicit needs, analyze requirements, and translate business and technical needs into architectures.
  • Map business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, and system features.
  • Analyze existing systems, applications, and services to identify solution options.
  • Maintain and track architecture across the system lifecycle.
  • Estimate and size network infrastructure for system and business application requirements.
  • Contribute to system design, testing, quality assurance, and change management.
  • Prepare system documentation and deliver presentations.
  • Lead development teams and development processes.
  • Select and evaluate technologies.
  • Collect, interpret, and use system metrics to optimize performance, security, and quality.
  • Contribute to the Enterprise Architecture repository and required artifacts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree.
  • 8+ years of IT professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an application architect, preferably in a public sector or EU agencies environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a key architect in an enterprise-wide integration platform deployment.
  • Experience architecting systems integration at data and API level.
  • Experience designing enterprise integration platform connectors, flows, and service bus solutions.
  • Experience planning capacity and security for integration platform capabilities.
  • Experience designing systems and applications in UML and using modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or Aris Architect.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as Tibco or Mulesoft, SOA, databases, application servers, middleware, web applications, cloud integration patterns, business intelligence concepts, systems integration, and SDLC.
  • Experience with hybrid systems and applications integration.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns, standards, and models.
  • Familiarity with serverless and containerization platforms in cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or Azure Well-Architected Framework.
  • At least 2 certifications from the listed options, such as Iasa Architect CITA-A, Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert, Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals, TIBCO Certified Associate, or Certified SOA Architect.
  • Very good English proficiency (B2).
