Description

  • Source, evaluate and build relationships with YouTube and niche fintech, trading and investing creators.
  • Develop and launch educational, YouTube and other creator-led special projects.
  • Create project concepts, briefs and collaboration formats with creators and internal teams.
  • Manage campaigns end to end, including outreach, negotiations, approvals, production coordination, launch and reporting.
  • Analyze post-campaign content and audience performance, traffic, conversions and contribution to business metrics.
  • Connect creator and content performance to brand-awareness and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, special projects, YouTube, content production or digital media.
  • Experience building long-term relationships with YouTube creators and/or fintech, trading or investing influencers.
  • Understanding of the full special-project lifecycle, from concept development through post-campaign analysis.
  • Ability to link creator and content performance with brand-awareness and business metrics.
  • Experience working with multilingual creators, speakers, agencies or production teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Native-level Russian and confident English proficiency (B2+).
