Description

  • Own features end-to-end from discovery and technical design through implementation, rollout, and iteration.
  • Deliver customer experiences that help users pay, get paid, and stay in control of their finances.
  • Drive technical decisions within the squad by working with Product, Design, and Backend on tradeoffs.
  • Improve app architecture, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Strengthen test strategy and engineering practices to support scale and stability.
  • Solve complex mobile challenges such as real-time synchronization, resilience, and navigation in a modular codebase.
  • Contribute to team growth through code reviews, technical discussions, pattern sharing, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ship, iterate, and continuously improve the mobile product in a regulated fintech environment.

Requirements

  • Strong experience shipping and maintaining production iOS features with Swift.
  • Comfort owning technical decisions end-to-end.
  • Experience with testing practices such as XCTest and snapshot testing.
  • Commitment to clean code and pragmatic engineering standards.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and turn complex constraints into robust solutions.
  • Daily use of AI coding tools to amplify output.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with modern Swift concurrency and async/await (preferred).
  • Experience with SwiftUI and MVVM (preferred).
