Description

  • Lead the daily rhythm and overall delivery of medium- to large-scale programs of work.
  • Partner with design and technical leads to keep internal teams and external stakeholders aligned.
  • Oversee the intersection of design-led and technically complex workstreams across the Google portfolio.
  • Advise on scoping, staffing, roadmap opportunities, and growth strategies to protect program margin and financial health.
  • Identify commercial opportunities to turn one-off projects into longer-term, more valuable programs of work.
  • Serve as a strong point of contact for senior clients and help plan against business metrics and long-term goals.
  • Design and facilitate ideation and planning sessions with internal teams and clients.
  • Oversee agency relations and APR engagement to maintain preferred-partner status through consistent delivery quality.
  • Monitor program financial performance, identify risks early, and report on financial health.
  • Build tools and training that support the establishment and growth of complex programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of client-facing project management experience, including 2+ years in an agency setting.
  • Proven experience leading medium- to large-scale programs.
  • Strong understanding of technical project lifecycles.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering.
  • Ability to manage design and technical workstreams together in complex delivery environments.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing scoping, staffing, and margin protection.
  • Comfort working directly with senior clients in a highly visible, client-facing role.
  • Curious mindset and strong problem-solving ability for complex delivery challenges.
  • Ability to balance immediate client needs with long-term program planning.
  • Experience enabling teams through infrastructure, support, tools, and training (preferred).
