Description

  • Test website builds and edit requests on the Webflow staging environment before they go live.
  • Verify links, forms, integrations, responsive behavior, page loading, and interactive elements across breakpoints.
  • Validate CTA routing to the correct CRM calendars, forms, landing pages, and Drop-In plan pages.
  • Confirm Google Analytics is configured at the Property level and flag account-level-only access as a QA failure.
  • Inspect embedded schedules to ensure the correct gym name appears in the iframe source code.
  • Run Google PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse SEO audits on staging pages and document any failures.
  • Check required image geo-tags and Exif GPS data for specified site images using Geoimgr or jimpl.
  • Test GoHighLevel automations, workflows, calendar bookings, and pipeline setups end to end.
  • Document bugs in BugHerd with clear reproduction steps, expected vs. actual behavior, and supporting evidence.
  • Manage QA tickets in Linear and maintain checklist-based workflows from in-progress through completion.
  • Build, maintain, and improve QA checklists and testing protocols for different work types.
  • Collaborate with builders to clarify issues, verify fixes, and reduce back-and-forth on returned work.
  • Track recurring defects and share patterns with the Implementation Leader to improve SOPs and training.
  • Test across browsers, devices, and desktop/mobile viewports to ensure consistent functionality.

Requirements

  • Experience with web testing, including forms, links, redirects, responsive behavior, and JavaScript interactions.
  • Familiarity with Webflow and the behavior of staging and published sites.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency with BugHerd or ability to get up to speed immediately.
  • Proficiency with Linear or similar project management tools.
  • Strong written communication in English and clear, precise bug documentation.
  • Comfort with repetitive, detail-oriented work and high-volume daily deliverables.
  • Solid understanding of browser developer tools, including console, network, iframe inspection, and form submission checks.
  • Familiarity with A2P compliance and messaging platform requirements is preferred.
  • Experience with automated testing tools or scripting such as Selenium or Playwright is preferred.
  • Background in QA within a web agency, SaaS, or software development environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, or other performance and SEO audit tools is preferred.
