Description

  • Lead new clients through account setup and launch for PushPress Core, Train, and the Branded App.
  • Collect and verify necessary business information to enable website onboarding and account configuration.
  • Deliver onboarding via a flexible mix of 1:1 consultations, group training sessions, and Intercom support.
  • Educate clients on workflows and best practices tailored to their business objectives to drive adoption and outcomes.
  • Monitor onboarding progress in HubSpot and proactively follow up to remove obstacles and keep launches on track.
  • Collaborate with Support and Operations teams to identify and resolve gaps in the onboarding journey.
  • Regularly review and update Help Docs and PushStart materials to ensure clarity and accuracy for new clients.
  • Identify early indicators of potential churn, escalate concerns appropriately, and perform early intervention to retain clients.
  • Provide immediate how-to chat support, screen-sharing, and mobile-to-desktop training during the critical onboarding period.
  • Contribute to the development of onboarding content, automations, and the overall onboarding playbook; participate in cohort-based learning and webinars to improve processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in onboarding, implementation, or client-facing SaaS roles.
  • 2+ years in gym ownership, management, or a coaching/fitness role (strong understanding of fitness business operations and client needs).
  • Familiarity with Intercom, Zoom, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Familiarity with PushPress Core, Grow, and Train is preferred.
  • Screen sharing and mobile-to-desktop training skills are essential.
  • Exceptional communicator who is comfortable on video and screen share and can deliver clear, warm, confident guidance.
  • Proactive project management skills with strong follow-up and ownership of client milestones.
  • Detail-oriented, empathetic, calm under pressure, and committed to operational excellence.
  • Ability to work fully remote with prolonged screen time and to context-switch between calls, follow-ups, and chat.
