Description

  • Run professional video onboarding calls to gather client requirements, build relationships, and guide onboarding.
  • Ask discovery questions to understand client offers, brand voice, objections, funnel structure, and qualification criteria.
  • Explain technical concepts in simple terms, build client trust, and provide ongoing support and system optimizations.
  • Configure SETR’s voice AI (tone, flow, objection-handling) and implement real-time qualification/disqualification logic.
  • Map funnels and lead sources to workflows and set up omnichannel follow-up sequences (voice → SMS → email → DM → WhatsApp).
  • Integrate systems with client CRMs (Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, HubSpot) and configure calendar routing and booking logic.
  • Run comprehensive QA and deliver a complete, working system to the client within 72 hours.
  • Monitor lead→booking conversion rates, troubleshoot CRM syncing and channel accuracy issues, and improve qualification logic based on performance data.
  • Proactively identify and fix funnel leaks, ensure system uptime and response accuracy, and maintain client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and professional on-camera presence for client calls (non-negotiable).
  • Professional home office setup with good lighting, clean background, reliable internet, and availability during business hours for scheduled client calls.
  • n8n automation experience (most SETR logic runs through n8n).
  • CRM integration experience with Pipedrive strongly preferred; familiarity with GoHighLevel or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Experience with funnel mapping, customer journey design, and sales psychology (objection handling, qualification frameworks).
  • AI prompt engineering experience (Claude, GPT) and omnichannel messaging workflow design.
  • Proactive, owner-like mindset with obsessive attention to detail, ability to move fast without sacrificing quality, and strong client-facing professionalism.
  • Bonus/optional: experience with voice or conversational AI platforms, background in coaching/agency/SaaS onboarding, paid traffic and lead generation knowledge, or prior sales operations/revenue ops or client success experience.

Benefits

  • Base salary range $1,000–$2,500 per month (depends on technical depth and communication skills).
  • Performance bonuses: $50–$200/month for zero-error launches and system reliability, plus $50–$300/month tied to client retention and performance improvements.
  • Total potential compensation of approximately $1,200–$3,200 per month including bonuses.
  • Clear growth path with roles such as Lead Onboarding Specialist, Senior Systems Architect, Client Success Strategist (AI Division), and Director of Client Operations (6–12 months progression possible).
  • Significant upside and opportunity to grow into leadership, train other specialists, and design deployment frameworks as the company scales.
