Description

  • Own and evolve management of a mixed fleet of Windows, macOS, and iOS devices across corporate and clinical environments.
  • Administer and optimize MDM platforms, including supporting migration between JumpCloud and Fleet.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint configurations and standards across all devices.
  • Partner with Security to operationalize compliance, patching, hardening, and vulnerability management requirements.
  • Own and manage the SaaS ecosystem, including Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and related platforms.
  • Support SSO, SCIM provisioning, and access workflows in partnership with the Service Desk and Okta.
  • Drive improvements in access governance, automation, and lifecycle management.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex endpoint and SaaS issues and lead root cause analysis.
  • Design and implement automation and tooling to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and runbooks while communicating changes and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT, endpoint management, or infrastructure roles.
  • Strong experience supporting and managing macOS and iOS devices, with exposure to Windows environments.
  • Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as JumpCloud, Fleet, Jamf, or similar.
  • Proven ownership of SaaS platforms and administration at scale.
  • Working knowledge of identity and access management tools and concepts, including Okta, SSO, and SCIM.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security, patching, and compliance.
  • Experience driving automation and system improvements beyond day-to-day operational support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in multi-site environments such as clinics, retail, or distributed teams is preferred.
  • Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Bash, or similar is preferred.
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is preferred.
