Description

  • Own the end-to-end design process across multiple client projects, from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Conduct user research through usability testing, interviews and data analysis to identify needs and validate design decisions.
  • Translate business requirements into intuitive wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity Figma designs.
  • Design responsive, accessible and technically feasible interfaces aligned with WCAG and design best practices.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries across projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers and QA teams throughout design and development.
  • Use AI tools to explore alternatives, prototype concepts and improve design output.
  • Present and defend user-centred design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Iterate designs using user feedback and data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end web and mobile application design work.
  • Deep understanding of user-centred design, interaction design and visual design principles.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries.
  • Experience conducting user research and turning findings into design improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and advocate for user-focused solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in the design process.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and communicate asynchronously.
  • Fluent English at C1 level, with strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed, multicultural teams.
  • Experience in a digital agency or software development company (preferred).
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for developer collaboration (preferred).
  • Familiarity with prototyping and usability-testing tools (preferred).
  • Experience in fintech, Ad Tech, iGaming, healthcare or e-commerce (preferred).
  • Experience with AI-assisted design tools such as Cursor or Claude Code (preferred).
