Description

  • Lead experience design for complex features, customer journeys, and product initiatives across digital touchpoints.
  • Translate customer needs, business goals, research findings, and technical constraints into buildable experience designs.
  • Own the end-to-end design process, from problem framing and user flows through prototyping, validation, detailed design, and implementation.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to shape requirements, priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery decisions.
  • Use research, analytics, usability testing, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
  • Apply and evolve design-system patterns to ensure accessible, consistent, high-quality experiences.
  • Lead design critiques and cross-functional working sessions and communicate design rationale clearly.
  • Conduct design QA and collaborate with Engineering during implementation to maintain experience quality.
  • Mentor and provide design direction to other designers without formal people-management responsibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading product design for complex digital products or connected customer journeys.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, systems thinking, visual execution, and measurable outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, prototyping, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and design systems.
  • Ability to work independently through ambiguity and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of customer research and data-informed product design.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, commerce, loyalty, marketplace, or similarly complex consumer experiences (highly preferred).
