Description

  • Build a secure, stable, and scalable platform for connecting to a wide variety of enterprise systems of record.
  • Improve data ingestion systems that support information retrieval and question answering over structured and unstructured data.
  • Enable information retrieval systems to scale to very large document collections.
  • Support the development of new AI-driven applications over enterprise data.
  • Collaborate with AI Engineering, Software Engineering, Platform, and Product teams on platform development.
  • Work on the data platform that powers a large-scale enterprise answer engine product.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience; technical leadership experience is a plus.
  • A strong computer science foundation with competency in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience.
  • Experience in TypeScript and demonstrated knowledge of Golang, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience developing large-scale microservice-oriented solutions.
  • Deep understanding of REST, SOAP, and GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, and Keycloak.
  • Direct developer experience with collaboration and content management platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with and communicating feature impacts to front-end and back-end engineering teams.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
