Description

  • Design multimodal AI video production workflows using tool chaining, fine-tunings, control nets, and other refinement techniques.
  • Develop AI generation policies, guardrails, validation prompts, and agentic role prompts for production use.
  • Work with engineering and data science teams to expand AI capabilities across the production pipeline.
  • Create and refine prompts and instructions to produce consistent, brand-aligned AI-generated content.
  • Solve consistency and directability challenges using techniques such as sketch-based inputs, motion transfer, and UI/UX controls.
  • Build workflows that give filmmakers more control over generative image and video outputs.
  • Apply Responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, and data privacy, in workflow design.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and engineering teams to make workflows usable and reliable.
  • Keep up with new AI creative tools, best practices, and licensing policies.
  • Understand filmmaking and animation fundamentals, especially for serialized short-form content.

Requirements

  • Experience designing AI workflows in ComfyUI.
  • Experience designing agentic workflows using Langchain, Langgraph, Google Agent Builder, A2A, MCP, or similar systems.
  • Production engineering experience in VFX or animation is a plus.
  • Proficiency with AI-based content creation tools.
  • Understanding of content production principles and workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
  • Proven ability to rapidly learn new technologies, platforms, and complex processes.
  • Foundational understanding of Responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, and data privacy.
