Description

  • Monitor data centers, servers, applications, performance, and availability.
  • Assess and prioritize faults, then respond or escalate issues as needed.
  • Provide 24/7 technical support to customers and internal teams.
  • Communicate with customers verbally and in writing about incidents and status updates.
  • Follow NOC processes and procedures to support efficient monitoring and communication.
  • Troubleshoot issues using the provided toolbox and help define new advanced tools.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience with Linux systems such as CentOS or Ubuntu.
  • Understanding of AWS Cloud.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Analytical and logical thinking.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Willingness to work shift schedules, including 12-hour day and night shifts with alternating 48-hour breaks.
  • Experience in network management and scripting.
  • IT or computer science education is a plus.
  • Experience with Zabbix, Grafana, or other monitoring systems is preferred.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenTelemetry is a plus.
