Description

  • Lead end-to-end architectural design, process strategy, and technical direction for enterprise-grade SAP products on SAP BTP.
  • Drive blueprinting, modernization, and scalable integration of Multi-Target Applications using the CAP model and related cloud solutions.
  • Translate core business process requirements such as Finance, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay into well-architected technical solutions.
  • Bridge communication between business stakeholders, engineering teams, SAP ABAP teams, and product teams.
  • Design highly available, secure, and performant platform components across service, data, identity, connectivity, and UI layers.
  • Define architecture for cloud-native patterns including eventing, microservices, containerization, and DevOps.
  • Guide SAPUI5 modernization approaches and end-to-end migration strategy from ECC to S/4HANA.
  • Serve as the primary technical and process authority for solution design, ERP alignment, and architectural governance.

Requirements

  • Strong ERP experience with deep business process expertise.
  • Proven ability to lead business process discussions and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Experience as either a functional-first SAP professional expanding into architecture or a technical-first SAP professional moving into functional/business architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end ERP-aligned extension architectures on SAP BTP.
  • Expert-level NodeJS architecture experience.
  • Expert-level TypeScript proficiency.
  • Deep experience with SAP BTP platform architecture.
  • Mastery of MTA and CAP frameworks.
  • Strong cross-platform integration expertise.
  • Advanced experience with React in SAP BTP ecosystems.
  • Extensive SAP ecosystem knowledge, including S/4, ECC, OData, RFC, and IDoc.
  • Experience with SAP FI/CO preferred.
  • Experience with SAP SD preferred.
  • ABAP extensibility and integration pattern experience preferred.
  • SAPUI5/UI5 enterprise architecture experience preferred.
  • Experience in global or distributed SAP landscapes preferred.
