Description

  • Lead coordination with customers to elicit business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and transition functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Build trusting relationships with customers to support enhancement requests and system-related issues.
  • Test user stories and verify that acceptance criteria are met.
  • Create, run, and analyze queries to validate data across various applications.
  • Help define the scope and objectives of moderately complex system-related projects using analysis, research, and fact-finding techniques.
  • Evaluate proposed systems and enhancements for estimates and feasibility.
  • Coordinate updates to critical system data elements and configurable applications, including rules, values, tables, and output.
  • Prepare end-user procedures and manuals for new or changed functionality.
  • Provide end-user training for moderately complex system changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related position.
  • Experience working with business units to define needs, provide analysis, and document the consequences of change.
  • Experience collaborating with internal IT teams to define and design application solutions that meet customer needs and IT best practices.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and the ability to transform complex problems into user stories, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, C#, or JS, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of software platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Contact Center Technology, Application Extender, CMOD, APIM, HP Exstream, or Microsoft Power BI, preferred.
  • Understanding of moderately complex data structures and database schemas, preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and work well under deadlines and pressure.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
