Description

  • Lead and manage a team of 20+ accounting professionals to deliver high-quality accounting services.
  • Build a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous development across the team.
  • Improve team performance by coaching low performers and further developing mid- and high performers.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and use data to inform operational changes.
  • Use data analytics to monitor performance, identify gaps, and improve quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Own the team’s P&L and execute strategies to optimize resources, reduce costs, and improve gross margins.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and continuously improve service delivery based on feedback and performance data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar field.
  • 4+ years of experience managing a team of 20+.
  • 4+ years of experience managing 10+ clients simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP, or a foreign equivalent, and financial statement presentation.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrated experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong ability to use data analytics to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Experience managing diverse customer accounts with a focus on accurate and timely service.
  • Extensive experience in a large accounting role or as a manager/supervisor in a finance or accounting department.
  • Proven experience supervising, leading, and coaching a team.
  • Excellent MS Office or Google Suite experience.
  • Advanced English.
  • Detail-oriented and able to effectively complete tasks.
  • Experience with dashboard and performance management tools (preferred).
  • Background in shared services, manufacturing, or BPO settings (preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and career development (preferred).
