Description

  • Audit current brand visuals across product, marketing, and social channels to identify inconsistencies and trust or clarity issues.
  • Define and implement a unified visual direction across all platforms and communications.
  • Build and maintain centralized brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable visual templates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Growth, and Leadership to translate business goals into visual execution.
  • Create high-impact visuals for campaigns, partnerships, product launches, web, social, and promotional materials.
  • Support growth initiatives through visual experimentation, creative testing, and performance improvement.
  • Lead hiring, mentoring, and management of designers or freelancers as needed.
  • Establish clear design ownership, delivery timelines, and efficient creative workflows.
  • Act as a strategic visual partner to marketing and leadership while raising creative standards and output quality.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, including senior or lead-level experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand, marketing, and digital design impact.
  • Experience building and maintaining brand identity systems and visual guidelines.
  • Strong practical understanding of how to use AI in visual creation, branding, and creative production workflows.
  • Proven ability to design for digital platforms including web, social media, and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and conversion-focused design.
  • Experience working with marketing, product, and growth teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality assets quickly.
  • Experience leading or mentoring designers and managing creative workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools.
  • High ownership, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in remote, async teams.
  • Familiarity with the prop trading industry and the company’s mission is strongly valued.
