Description

  • Own the product strategy and long-term vision for the crypto use case across identity, authentication, and trust.
  • Lead customer and partner conversations with stablecoin issuers, exchanges, payment companies, compliance organizations, and Web3 platforms.
  • Drive product discovery to identify customer value across stablecoin rails, travel rule compliance, AML and KYC workflows, digital identity, verifiable credentials, and agentic commerce.
  • Collaborate with engineering to write specs, manage sprints, troubleshoot customer issues, and guide execution of complex technical projects.
  • Develop product roadmaps, define success metrics, and present strategy to senior leadership, customers, and partners.
  • Make high-judgment decisions by synthesizing data, customer feedback, and industry signals in ambiguous environments.
  • Build relationships across the crypto ecosystem and represent Proof at conferences, customer sessions, and industry events.
  • Work with Solutions, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to align on positioning, drive adoption, and support early use cases.
  • Support new business models, partnerships, and technical integrations related to crypto and payments.
  • Guide and mentor other product managers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS environments.
  • 5+ years of experience bringing 0 to 1 products to market; founding PM experience is preferred.
  • Deep crypto experience with strong understanding of stablecoins, blockchain fundamentals, travel rule requirements, AML and compliance workflows, and crypto payment rails.
  • Payments experience or familiarity with frameworks like RegE is highly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action and comfort building in ambiguity.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and leading discussions on architecture, APIs, SDKs, platform design, and data flows.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence with the ability to articulate technical and business concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional partners, including engineering, strategy, GTM, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience with platform products, identity, PKI, compliance technology, or real-time analytics is helpful.
