Description

  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic life sciences accounts and align client work to enterprise priorities and long-term value creation.
  • Build and expand C-suite relationships across Commercial, Finance, HR, and Field Leadership.
  • Own account growth strategy and identify expansion opportunities that drive sustainable revenue.
  • Lead executive presentations, annual planning sessions, and long-term commercial strategy discussions.
  • Provide executive oversight for commercial sales operations, including sales force design, territory strategy, target setting, quota governance, and field execution.
  • Oversee commercial data strategy, KPI frameworks, executive reporting, dashboard governance, and compliant data management practices.
  • Lead incentive compensation strategy, plan design, governance, implementation, administration, and risk mitigation.
  • Champion analytics, forecasting, scenario planning, automation, and performance optimization across client engagements.
  • Own P&L performance for the portfolio or practice area and drive margin optimization, resource planning, and delivery scalability.
  • Lead and mentor client service, analytics, and commercial operations teams while supporting recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in life sciences commercial operations, consulting, or analytics.
  • Deep expertise in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device commercial models.
  • Proven experience designing and overseeing incentive compensation programs.
  • Demonstrated success managing executive client relationships and expanding revenue within accounts.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-workstream engagements under tight deadlines.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L or practice-level performance.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must not be under a non-compete agreement or other employment restriction that precludes work at Prominence.
