Description

  • Provide Epic Cupid training support to healthcare organization clients.
  • Help clients solve complex healthcare IT and process challenges.
  • Drive strategic process improvement across client engagements.
  • Manage complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Work independently while coordinating with internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to support consulting work.
  • Use straightforward communication to advise clients on decisions and solutions.

Requirements

  • Epic Cupid certification is required.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Trainer is required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience in healthcare IT or consulting is preferred.
