Description

  • Support healthcare organizations by improving clinical and operational processes.
  • Manage complex projects and help solve difficult client problems.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on healthcare IT needs.
  • Contribute to the implementation and support of Epic Cadence and Referrals work.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver straightforward, candid recommendations.
  • Help strengthen client expectations through effective consulting and delivery.
  • Work independently while balancing multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

  • Epic Cadence and Referrals certifications are required.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic analyst.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Candidates under a non-compete agreement or other employment restriction are not eligible.
