Description

  • Handle a high volume of customer support requests via email, phone, and social media.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Promenade customers and partners.
  • Triages incoming support issues, diagnose problems, and escalate bugs to the engineering team.
  • Advocate for users and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identify trends and inefficiencies to improve the support process and user experience.
  • Help customers and partners use Promenade products effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B partnerships with floral partners.
  • Provide outstanding service while working efficiently under pressure.

Requirements

  • Entry-level candidate with a passion for customer success and problem solving.
  • Experience in customer service or customer support, with retail or service industry experience a plus.
  • Experience supporting customers via phone, email, and/or chat.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Confluence.
  • Outgoing, detail-oriented, friendly, optimistic, and caring demeanor.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for serving small businesses and working at a growing startup.
