Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participant-related operations on client-specific AI delivery teams.
  • Manage participant onboarding, verification, and activation for bespoke client projects.
  • Identify and resolve participant supply gaps to meet AI task requirements and quality standards.
  • Develop project plans, workflows, and enablement materials to support efficient delivery.
  • Maintain participant pools so they remain high-quality, diverse, and aligned to customer demand.
  • Implement and manage verification processes for domain experts and AI taskers.
  • Optimize onboarding and activation funnels to improve retention and task performance.
  • Monitor participant engagement and quality metrics and use insights to drive improvements.
  • Contribute to upskilling programs and certification processes for participants on complex AI tasks.
  • Collaborate with product, data, science, customer success, and delivery teams to align operational priorities and scale manual processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, ideally in marketplace or platform environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and operational execution.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Proficiency with operational tools and systems such as Metabase, Zapier, Asana, and HubSpot.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills with a track record of stakeholder enablement.
  • Confidence with data analysis and operational metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with human data operations, product or data operations, participant recruitment, or global crowdsourcing/gig-economy platforms.
  • Experience supporting AI/ML lifecycle projects such as data labeling, annotation, or domain-specific task curation.
  • Understanding of Prolific’s platform and its role in delivering high-quality human data for AI research.
