Description

Write detailed outlines of regular workflows and processes.

Train and evaluate AI models using administrative expertise.
Provide clear, nuanced feedback on structured evaluation tasks.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of professional experience as a PA, EA, or similar role.
Exceptional written communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to complete a quick 10- to 15-minute skills test.
Prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
Must be able to work fully remotely on a freelance basis.
Preferred: experience with workflows that are critical to your job and performed at least once a week.
