Description

  • Write detailed outlines of regular administrative workflows.
  • Describe one recurring task in depth, focusing on a single process.
  • Document the steps involved in the task, including tools and information used.
  • Identify decision points and edge cases within the workflow.
  • Provide structured evaluation input and clear feedback for AI training tasks.
  • Complete paid assessment tasks and ongoing project work remotely on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Partner, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to complete a 10- to 15-minute skills test to assess suitability for AI tasks.
  • Willingness to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
  • Experience with administrative workflows performed at least once a week, spanning a few days to a few months in duration.
  • Preferred/implicit: Ability to work independently in a remote, freelance setting.
