Description

  • Support system launch, adoption, and procedural success across assigned accounts.
  • Partner with Clinical Specialists during case coverage and ensure smooth handoffs from Capital and Launch teams.
  • Train and support surgeons, OR, and office staff on system setup, workflow, and procedural scheduling.
  • Track and document surgeon progression through the Surgeon Pathway 2.0 and ensure completion of onboarding and competency milestones.
  • Build early relationships with office staff and surgeons to enable procedural scheduling and practice integration.
  • Assist Territory Managers with sales planning, account development, and goal achievement.
  • Support field demos, workshops, and marketing events to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform Marketing and R&D product and program improvements.
  • Manage CRM documentation, expense reports, administrative tasks, and upload case logs in accordance with policy.
  • Coordinate cross-team activities to ensure positive customer experience and smooth transitions between teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a medical device sales environment or B2B background.
  • Demonstrated success in customer engagement and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% (primarily domestic).
  • Strong clinical communication and familiarity with the OR (preferred).
  • Experience or proficiency in OR training and procedural support (preferred).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with administrative systems (CRM, expense reporting).
  • Effective team player with high adaptability and learning agility.
  • Willingness to complete and maintain training per PROCEPT’s Quality Management System and company policies.
