Description

  • Support system launch, adoption, and procedural success across assigned accounts.
  • Partner with Clinical Specialists during case coverage and ensure smooth handoffs from Capital and Launch teams.
  • Train and support surgeons, OR staff, and office staff on system setup, workflow, and procedural scheduling.
  • Track and document surgeon progression through the Surgeon Pathway 2.0 and ensure completion of onboarding and competency milestones.
  • Build early relationships with office staff and surgeons to enable procedural scheduling and practice integration.
  • Assist Territory Managers with sales planning, account development, and achievement of growth goals.
  • Support field demos, workshops, and marketing events to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Gather feedback from key stakeholders to inform Marketing and R&D product and program enhancements.
  • Manage CRM documentation, expense reports, administrative tasks, and upload case logs for covered cases in accordance with policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years in a medical device sales environment or B2B background.
  • Demonstrated success in customer engagement and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% (primarily domestic).
  • Strong clinical communication and familiarity with the OR (preferred).
  • Proficiency in OR training and procedural support (preferred).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with CRM and expense processes.
  • Effective team player with high adaptability, learning agility, and ability to work in fast-paced/high-stakes environments.
