Description

Deliver individualized virtual speech therapy aligned to each student’s communication goals and learning profile.
Create structured intervention plans that support IEP goals across articulation, language delays, fluency, voice, and AAC needs.
Adapt instruction and therapeutic exercises in real time based on student engagement, energy, and progress.
Use interactive digital tools to keep virtual sessions engaging and effective.
Track student data and report progress clearly to families, IEP teams, and school district partners.
Support regulatory compliance through accurate documentation and communication.
Provide communication instruction that helps students build foundational literacy and speech skills.
Work with students across the country in 1:1 and small-group virtual settings.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
State licensure/certification as an SLP, or willingness to obtain reciprocity.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Experience delivering teletherapy or working in a school district setting is a strong plus.
Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
Strong virtual instruction skills, including comfort with video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
Ability to keep students engaged online during instruction.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
