Description

  • Conduct intakes with families and students and provide ongoing customer service support.
  • Coordinate instructors, manage class schedules, and ensure sessions are staffed efficiently.
  • Track student academic progress and monitor compliance with IEP/504 accommodations.
  • Support regional operations by answering phones, managing business data, and maintaining schedules.
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions and help ensure programs and initiatives are delivered successfully.
  • Audit instructional plans for alignment with state standards and IEP goals.
  • Provide coaching, observations, and feedback to educational staff and remote teachers.
  • Lead onboarding and training for educational staff on curricula, assessments, and individualized learning plans.
  • Build and maintain resource materials, guides, and tutorials for staff and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Clear and excellent English communication skills are required.
  • Strong technology, organization, planning, and time management skills are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize shifting objectives, and work independently.
  • Professional, approachable demeanor with the ability to build trust in virtual relationships.
  • Experience communicating effectively across in-person, phone, video, and other media.
  • Ability to manage remote teachers and work well with others in virtual environments.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to adapt quickly to changing work environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 2-3 years of progressive career growth is required.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications is required.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is beneficial but not required.
