Description

  • Conduct intakes with families and students and support ongoing relationship management.
  • Coordinate instructors and manage virtual tutoring sessions.
  • Track student progress and monitor academic performance.
  • Provide virtual administrative support, including answering phones, managing data, and maintaining schedules.
  • Manage class schedules to staff sessions efficiently and meet usage targets.
  • Support the delivery and execution of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.
  • Conduct progress conferences with partner program directors to review outcomes, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
  • Maintain company operating standards and help ensure operational excellence in a virtual environment.
  • Resolve conflicts by fostering open communication with students and parents.
  • Manage time and daily work in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-3 years of progressive career growth.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
  • Clear and excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Ability to work independently with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is beneficial.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across in-person, phone, and video channels.
