Description

  • Own and manage multiple spreadsheets for tutor scheduling, academic progress tracking, and assignment coordination.
  • Update and maintain operational data in real time with accuracy and clarity.
  • Communicate updates to clients and internal staff via email and text in a professional, timely manner.
  • Coordinate tutoring sessions between students, tutors, and regional teams.
  • Support regional operations teams across time zones and help keep programs running smoothly.
  • Monitor student academic progress and flag concerns or issues proactively.
  • Participate in daily conferences with program directors to review academic and operational needs.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, managing daily data, and assisting with tutor onboarding.
  • Help ensure academic services meet the organization’s operational and academic standards.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, conditional formatting, filters, and pivot tables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional emails and client-facing messages.
  • Ability to work night shift hours reliably and independently.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a dual-monitor setup.
  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced virtual environment.
  • Strong time management, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with managing internal and external communication simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–3 years of progressive experience in operations, scheduling, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Experience with remote teams or virtual classrooms preferred.
  • Experience in virtual team environments and educational settings is beneficial.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and change, with the ability to self-manage and problem-solve in a remote, tech-driven environment.
  • Eagerness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
