Description

  • Research search, brand, review, and competitor data to define what each listing must communicate and where shoppers are dropping off.
  • Translate customer insight and performance data into clear creative briefs before designing assets.
  • Create Amazon hero images and image stacks with strong messaging, typography, and purchase rationale.
  • Design A+ Content and Brand Store pages that maintain a consistent brand experience.
  • Produce sponsored ad creative and social visuals aligned to the brand system.
  • Own and refine the brand system, including type, color, spacing, and asset consistency.
  • Plan, run, and analyze A/B tests on main images, titles, and A+ content.
  • Validate creative concepts before launch using audience polling tools.
  • Track CTR, CVR, session data, and ad performance, then iterate with the Catalog Manager.
  • Direct outsourced production work such as 3D renders, photography, and video to meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • Strong typographic and layout mastery with the ability to create clear visual hierarchy and persuasive benefit communication.
  • A marketing-oriented approach with a habit of using content research and customer insight to define creative direction.
  • Real Amazon conversion fluency, including familiarity with Seller Central, SQP, and Brand Analytics.
  • Ability to distinguish between CTR issues on the search results page and CVR issues on the detail page.
  • Comfort working with performance metrics such as sessions, unit session percentage, click-through rate, ad CVR, and ad CTR.
  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests and audience polls, with the ability to explain what was tested and learned.
  • Proven case studies showing that your work improved a real business metric.
  • A strong eye for photography and composition, with judgment to make products look premium across photos, renders, or AI-generated assets.
  • Fluency with modern AI image and editing tools for ideation, variants, and cleanup while maintaining quality control.
  • Solid command of Photoshop and Illustrator, plus the ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding.
  • Nice to have: Ability to produce or art direct 3D renders using Blender or a similar tool.
  • Nice to have: Short-form video editing experience for social and listing content.
  • Nice to have: Experience in kitchenware, home, or a related consumer category.
