Description

  • Audit Amazon FBA inventory daily to identify lost units, warehouse damage, customer return failures, and fee discrepancies.
  • Open, track, and escalate reimbursement cases in Amazon Seller Central across multiple claim types.
  • Monitor case statuses and follow up persistently until each reimbursement case is resolved.
  • Reconcile recovered units against reimbursed units to prevent double-counting and ensure accurate net recovery.
  • Maintain a live reimbursement tracker with claim type, unit count, dollar amount, and case status.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recovery reports for leadership review.
  • Identify recurring loss patterns and share findings with the operations team to help reduce future exposure.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience with direct FBA reimbursement case management.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon FBA inventory flow, including receiving, storage, pick/pack, shipping, and returns.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and data reconciliation.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing unit counts and small discrepancies.
  • Proactive communication skills to surface issues before they become larger problems.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of open cases simultaneously without losing track.
