Description

  • Own the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and emerging channels.
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns to drive measurable performance.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and media allocations to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Contribute to media strategy by shaping channel mix, audience targeting, and campaign structure.
  • Test emerging platforms, formats, and partnerships to uncover new media opportunities.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and account teams to align media plans with broader client goals.
  • Communicate performance insights, optimizations, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • Participate in client conversations and presentations as a media partner.
  • Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and new opportunities to improve media performance.
  • Help establish a scalable paid media function and contribute toward future team leadership.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, and Google campaigns.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or other regulated industries is a plus.
  • Strong ability to build, launch, and optimize campaigns independently.
  • Experience managing budgets, pacing, and media spend with a focus on performance and efficiency.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively about media planning and execution.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and explaining performance and recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Experience with DSPs is a plus.

  • Salary range of $85,000 to $120,000 per year.
