Description

  • Monitor trading platforms to ensure uptime and execution quality.
  • Oversee trade flow, execution, and pricing in real time.
  • Identify and escalate execution issues, slippage anomalies, or pricing gaps.
  • Manage trading sessions, market openings and closings, and instrument configurations.
  • Monitor liquidity feeds to ensure competitive spreads and depth.
  • Liaise with liquidity providers to resolve pricing or execution issues.
  • Analyze spread widening, latency, and execution quality, including markouts and slippage.
  • Assist with optimizing routing and aggregation settings.
  • Monitor client positions, exposure, and overall risk in real time.
  • Support hedging strategies and risk mitigation actions.
  • Identify unusual trading activity or potential abuse.
  • Handle trade adjustments, corrections, and dispute investigations.
  • Ensure accuracy of trade records and reconciliation.
  • Act as first responder for trading-related incidents.
  • Investigate platform issues, outages, or abnormal market behavior.
  • Coordinate with tech teams and external providers to resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in trading operations, dealing desk, or a brokerage environment.
  • Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, or crypto markets.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Shift-based availability aligned with global market hours.
  • On-call availability for critical incidents may be required.
