Description

  • Provide advanced technical support for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and service requests.
  • Report to client sites for support when needed.
  • Monitor and manage client IT infrastructure to maintain performance and reliability.
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system optimizations.
  • Resolve challenging IT incidents, document root causes, and implement preventive measures.
  • Mentor and guide Level I engineers in troubleshooting and resolution processes.
  • Maintain documentation for client environments, configurations, and support procedures.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand technical needs, communicate status updates, and recommend solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office apps.
  • Use PowerShell to automate repetitive Microsoft 365 tasks and generate reports.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 security tasks, including alert response and DLP policy enforcement.
  • Manage user identities in Entra ID, including MFA, role assignments, and conditional access.
  • Handle complex permissions and access control issues across SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Create, update, and remove user accounts, including license assignment and permission configuration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a Managed Service Provider environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Microsoft 365 certification preferred.
  • Experience with the Modern Workspace environment preferred.
