Description

Provide advanced technical support for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and service requests.
Report to client sites for support when needed.
Monitor and manage client IT infrastructure to maintain performance and reliability.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system optimizations.
Resolve challenging IT incidents, document root causes, and implement preventive measures.
Mentor and guide Level I engineers in troubleshooting and resolution processes.
Maintain documentation for client environments, configurations, and support procedures.
Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials.
Collaborate with clients to understand technical needs, communicate status updates, and recommend solutions.
Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office apps.
Use PowerShell to automate repetitive Microsoft 365 tasks and generate reports.
Assist with Microsoft 365 security tasks, including alert response and DLP policy enforcement.
Manage user identities in Entra ID, including MFA, role assignments, and conditional access.
Handle complex permissions and access control issues across SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
Create, update, and remove user accounts, including license assignment and permission configuration.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a Managed Service Provider environment.
Experience troubleshooting complex Microsoft 365 issues.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Microsoft 365 certification preferred.
Experience with the Modern Workspace environment preferred.
