Description

  • Support the full recruiting lifecycle and onboarding for all teams and roles, ensuring a seamless candidate and new-hire experience.
  • Coordinate recruiting logistics including scheduling, communications, and ATS updates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, hiring, and employee data for reporting and analysis.
  • Track learning participation and feedback for internal and external training and support learning resources and tools.
  • Assist in designing and delivering onboarding programs, leadership development, and skills development initiatives.
  • Manage and continuously improve core HR processes (employee records, benefits administration, compliance support).
  • Support internal communications, engagement initiatives, DEIB programming, team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
  • Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries, acknowledge and assign support tickets, and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Document and improve internal HR processes and participate in small projects (e.g., audits, 401k former employee accounts, values workshop support).

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist, coordinator, or hybrid role.
  • Experience or exposure to both talent acquisition and HR operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented, proactive mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using HR systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS such as Workday) and Microsoft Office.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn across all HR domains.
  • 100% remote-ready with personal equipment (laptop, headset, etc.) to start immediately.
  • Able to work Eastern Timezone hours (night shift for Philippines-based candidates).
  • This is a full-time employment role (not an independent contractor) and requires a background check; position is not open to career shifters.
