Description

  • Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Prepare and maintain schedules supporting financial statements and footnote disclosures.
  • Prepare reconciliations and journal entries for intercompany elimination activities.
  • Support accounting for equity method investments, fixed assets, leased assets, and POC accounting.
  • Review standalone financial statements of consolidated subsidiaries to support accurate disclosures.
  • Build customized reports in the ERP system to support data analysis and reconciliations.
  • Support the corporate accounting team during the month-end close process.
  • Provide suggestions and support for process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
  • Assist external auditors by providing documentation and information for audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA or equivalent international certification is a plus.
  • 6–10 years of progressive accounting and reporting experience.
  • Experience with consolidations and U.S. GAAP reporting.
  • Strong technical accounting expertise, including intercompany eliminations.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex accounting concepts clearly.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and work under minimal daily supervision.
