Description

  • Architect, design, develop, and maintain scalable, consistent services.
  • Write reusable, modular, and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering managers to translate business needs into software solutions.
  • Define delivery timelines and estimate engineering effort.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain code quality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and tools and drive adoption where appropriate.
  • Contribute to continuous learning and the growth of the engineering team.

Requirements

  • Extensive backend development experience.
  • Solid knowledge of event-driven architectures, microservices, and domain-driven design.
  • Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of functional programming languages (preferred).
  • Professional experience with Rust and/or Elixir (preferred).
  • Experience with test-driven development, event sourcing, and CQRS (preferred).
  • Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka (preferred).
