Description

  • Own visual strategy and hands-on execution for flagship campaigns, major reports, and tier-1 brand initiatives.
  • Prioritize competing projects, manage scope trade-offs, and deliver work against tight deadlines.
  • Translate complex briefs into rapid MVP concepts and iterate based on feedback and performance results.
  • Integrate advanced AI tools into daily design workflows to improve speed, visual depth, and creative innovation.
  • Measure audience response using design performance data and optimize assets accordingly.
  • Establish design quality standards, templates, and brand guidelines for consistent execution across teams.
  • Document creative approaches and decisions while maintaining proactive communication with marketing leadership and partners.
  • Share expertise, support junior designers and marketers, and help improve overall team delivery quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional design experience in a fast-paced, in-house SaaS or technology marketing environment; agency experience does not qualify.
  • Proven ability to independently break down abstract briefs, manage scope constraints, and lead initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Experience using data and metrics to guide creative decisions and demonstrate improved campaign performance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and generative AI tools such as Claude, Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Figma AI, or custom prompts.
  • Comfort launching early visual concepts quickly and iterating systematically based on user response and feedback.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, including creating visual guidelines and presenting creative decisions to leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity about design technology and marketing trends, with a commitment to developing expertise and sharing knowledge.
  • Must reside in India.
