Description

  • Develop 12–15 monthly marketing themes, including backgrounds, event logos, and color schemes.
  • Adapt inventory-based advertising banners using Banner Insight and Banner Studio.
  • Create 900×900 px email graphics, social posts, and custom offers.
  • Organize and catalog graphics, fonts, and promotional assets for reuse.
  • Assemble short-form videos in CapCut with transitions, music, captions, and brand overlays.
  • Integrate AI-generated voiceovers with manufacturer footage and logo cards.
  • Produce promotional videos in horizontal 16:9 and vertical 9:16 formats.
  • Build reusable video templates and openings for faster turnaround.

Requirements

  • Provide a portfolio demonstrating graphic design proficiency; video samples are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of font pairing, color balance, visual flow, spacing, and layout.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe InDesign, CapCut, ChatGPT, and 11Labs.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Banner Insight, Banner Studio, or a social scheduling platform is beneficial.
  • Ability to proofread carefully and prioritize accuracy over rushing deadlines.
  • Curiosity about client objectives and the business purpose behind creative tasks.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • USB noise-canceling headset, working webcam, and internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps primary and 10 Mbps backup.
  • Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
