Description

  • Lead full-service clinical projects in line with the study budget and scope of work.
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact and provide customer service throughout the trial lifecycle.
  • Participate in proposal activities, proposal strategy, costing, bid defense, and client presentations.
  • Liaise with project teams and senior leadership at Precision and sponsor organizations, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Oversee all aspects of one or more clinical research trials across functional areas.
  • Coordinate cross-functional trial delivery across data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring, and biostatistics.
  • Prepare project status updates for clients and internal management, including deliverables, performance metrics, and escalations.
  • Review and prepare study documents such as protocols, project plans, informed consents, site contracts, and budgets.
  • Drive quality and efficient execution by coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage client relationships, project teams, timelines, scope, cost, and quality across the study lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent life science qualification, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of industry experience.
  • At least 4 years of full-service Project Management experience in a clinical trial setting within a CRO.
  • Previous experience in a full-service/global Project Management role in the CRO industry is essential.
  • Experience managing Oncology studies is required; experience in Rare Diseases or CNS is also relevant.
  • Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, and clinical systems such as CTMS, eTMF, EDC, and IXRS.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external individuals and teams.
  • Core understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities related to clinical development execution.
