Description

  • Design and produce high-quality print, digital, and PowerPoint materials for medical communication initiatives.
  • Translate complex scientific, economic, and access narratives into clear, engaging visual storytelling.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables.
  • Apply knowledge of medical communication audiences to creative decision-making.
  • Participate in concept development and iterative refinement based on strategic objectives and stakeholder feedback.
  • Proactively propose new approaches, layouts, or visual systems to improve clarity and impact.
  • Partner closely with Account, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams to deliver on time and on brief.
  • Incorporate medical, legal, and regulatory feedback accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Take ownership of assigned workstreams from concept through production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency environment.
  • Prior experience supporting Medical Communications, Market Access, Managed Markets, or payer-focused work preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong PowerPoint design expertise.
  • Figma/XD skills.
  • Working knowledge of print and digital production processes.
  • AI-related skills and experience.
  • Video editing or motion graphics skills are a plus.
  • Ability to simplify complex information creatively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional confidence and clear communication.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Initiative and accountability.
  • Ability to work fast and effectively across multiple projects while still providing creative solutions.
