Description

  • Lead the creation of style proposals, concept mockups, and prototypes for products, features, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure designs meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Develop art direction and contribute ideas and best practices to improve the creative process.
  • Translate creative briefs into clear, actionable design briefs.
  • Deliver pixel-perfect design execution with strong quality control and attention to detail.
  • Create interactive assets for social media and other digital channels.
  • Design and prepare technical setup for POS print media.
  • Incorporate cultural trends and insights to keep work relevant and engaging.
  • Strengthen storytelling through visual design and motion graphics.
  • Mentor and support junior designers with guidance and feedback.
  • Manage multiple projects at once and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a designer, ideally in a digital or advertising environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • After Effects experience is a bonus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital design and advertising work.
  • Proven experience across all stages of the design process from concept to final execution.
  • Strong understanding of typography, grid systems, interaction design, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience creating print-ready POS files in InDesign or Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with current social media trends and best practices for visual content.
  • Interest in AI and automation technology.
  • Ability to guide and encourage junior design team members.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
  • UX/UI knowledge and experience is a plus.
