Description

  • Manage the meeting lifecycle, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and filing documents in the Trial Master File.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining project timelines in MS Project or a similar system.
  • Perform tasks in clinical systems within the scope of the role and assigned projects.
  • Manage study-specific training, including materials, assignments, completion tracking, and training records.
  • Identify training compliance gaps and escalate issues to the Project Manager when needed.
  • Establish and maintain study-level shared workspaces and project-specific email boxes.
  • Manage user access to study systems and ensure timely removal of access when no longer needed.
  • Order study supplies, prepare study binder materials, and coordinate binder shipping with vendors.
  • Track vendor quotes, invoices, and payments, and support vendor management activities.
  • Maintain study trackers, KPIs, project health data, reports, and updates for the Project Manager and study team.
  • Support preparation and distribution of study materials, translation workflows, safety report tracking, and inspection readiness reviews.
  • Track out-of-scope work and help prepare change order submission materials.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or international equivalent, or equivalent experience in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated competencies in the key requirements of the role.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional-level English proficiency, both verbal and written.
  • Customer service demeanor with flexibility, teamwork, and strong attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work and plan independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong self-motivation and detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience supporting clinical trial operations or project coordination, preferred.
