Description

  • Provide end-to-end project management across individual projects and portfolios of work, particularly JCA programmes.
  • Plan projects by developing timelines, resourcing plans, and clear delivery roadmaps.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and escalate delivery or resourcing issues early to project leadership.
  • Support or lead client-facing project management discussions and maintain clear communication on status, dependencies, actions, and risks.
  • Monitor scope changes and manage change order processes, including documenting impacts on timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal workflows and align cross-functional contributors across evidence synthesis, statistics, and health economic modelling.
  • Document decisions, actions, milestones, and agreed processes to support delivery and evaluation.
  • Coordinate internal and external review cycles and collate feedback from external reviewers.
  • Support strategic portfolio oversight, prioritization, and resource allocation with senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain standardized project management tools, templates, reports, and organized deliverable repositories.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project or portfolio management, preferably in consulting, life sciences, HEOR, market access, or related environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role and supporting or leading project management communications.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Experience supporting HEOR, evidence synthesis, health economics, modelling, or market access projects (helpful).
  • Familiarity with JCA submissions, HTA processes, or global evidence strategy programmes (helpful).
  • Experience coordinating work delivered by statisticians, health economists, and systematic review teams (helpful).
  • Awareness of project financials, resourcing constraints, and scope management (helpful).
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills (helpful).
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality (helpful).
