Description

  • Understand and communicate client business needs, operating rules, data structures, and standard operating procedures.
  • Execute existing operational procedures and recommend improvements to workflows and processes.
  • Support product development by enhancing and maintaining data products aligned to client needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, testers, and engineering teams to clarify objectives and requirements.
  • Create technical requirements, user stories, test plans, and user acceptance criteria using Agile methods.
  • Compare and validate datasets to ensure data quality and generate actionable insights.
  • Apply quality checks to product delivery and summarize results for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare status updates, and document solutions and decisions for ongoing projects.
  • Conduct secondary research on market conditions, competitors, and best practices to inform product decisions.
  • Coordinate and co-lead design sessions to document feature requirements and support stakeholder decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience using data mining tools or languages such as SQL and Excel.
  • Exposure to stored procedures is a plus.
  • Strong detail orientation with a focus on quality, analytics, and operations.
  • Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work with global teams across different time zones.
  • Master’s degree in these disciplines or an MBA/PGDM/equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in product development, product management, or operations is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare, payer/provider datasets, and managed care analytics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Retool, Power BI, and Power Query is preferred.
